US ARREST

On the I-192 do you have to tell if you were arrested in states if it was for something minor 40 years ago? My husband tells me he just remembered when he was a teenager he was arrested in ohio, spent night in jail and paid a fine. They were pulled over and had beer in ca andr they were drinking. He cant remember much not even the charge! Should we include in waiver. he wants to be honest but not sure if its worth including with the Canadian charges?

Replies (recent first):

I would disclose everything, then make sure the explanation was in my cover letter. You are better off to disclose than not to and they find out about it, even if the matter was minor and didn't involve a CIMT.
