Just wanted to let people know if you don't already that there is updated I-192 and G-325 Forms. It clearly states on the US Border website that they will accept the old ones until August 29 2016 but when my husband went the guard asked him which form he had and the guard said they are only accepting the new ones. Luckily we had both. I had downloaded the old ones a few months ago and just happened to see the new ones two day before filling out waiver. He applied at the Lewiston and it was pretty fast, not busy for him. They accept Canadian visa here as well as at the Peace Bridge. He was lucky to get a nice officer.Now we wait..and wait..wait. Oh well worst part is over.Good luck everyone. I will post as soon as we get.

As stated on the uscis web site:
“06/10/16. Starting 08/29/2016, USCIS will only accept the 06/10/16 edition. Until then, you can use the 04/15/13 edition. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the Form and Instructions.”
