Hi there I had 1 year Waiver then I got 5 years Waiver expiring 2029 .I didn’t travel to USA since year and half planing to travel next month want to know how’s travelling with waivers in these days and do I have to pay 30 dollars if I travel by plane anyone who can share experience thanks.
Recently flew from YYZ Toronto to LGA La Guardia in July 2026.
Went into secondary screening and out in a relatively fast timeline. Make sure when you hand them your passport to tell them you have a waiver. They are big on the document not being in the passport.
You do not appear to pay the 6 dollar fee any longer. At least for air travel.
Looked online and found the I94 is good until January 2027.
Still had time before traveling to USA to enter the Maple Leaf Lounge

I believe the I-94 fee is included in the airfare and good for six months.
