New to this e-safe process. I was wondering if there is any specific time delay restriction between step in this new process.
For exemple, between application creation and submitted?
Between submitted and fingerprinting? Etc.
I was asking myself if I should wait to have all documentation on hand before creating my new application or create a new application and be able to see if I need to provide new type of document.
So far I have: criminal record, rcmp record, 2 references letter, financial / work information, my letter describing the facts.
Also, they use to ask for original documents with seals, do we need to upload jpeg (picture) or pdf file created from scanner?

Once you pay, then you have 45 days to get to the border. Any other delays BEFORE you pay just means you might have to recreate/redo the I-192 again.
It won't let you pay until you have all the documents anyways.
When you go to the border, they will verify your documents are real. I use PDF files.
