I have got a 1 year waiver for Misrepresentation happened in 2018, I am thinking of applying again, What are my chances of getting a 5 year the next time ?
The problem is we don't know the following
1. How egregious the misrepresentation is
2. How well the application/personal letter was done. Did they BARELY give you a 1 year? Or was it close to being a 5 year?
3. By the time you re-apply and they look at it, it will be 2026, and we don;t know what would be happening then.
4. They might give you another 1, a 2, or a 5. All the above factors are important.
