Hi , I am looking to file a waiver through e safe for a charge against me of 6CI misrepresentation 6 years ago, My concern is that do you think its enough time passed after my violation, And i want to visit USA for tourism and for cheaper flight options to other countries,
In addition to this I work in the engineering industry and want to visit USA for work purposes tours,
The concern is do i have a good shot on getting a waiver
