Insider Information

I formerly worked for the US government in Washington State, and my contacts at CBP HQ have informed me that there is an increased scrutiny on waiver applications at the ARO. Additionally, field officers have been instructed to “increase vigilance” on approved waiver applicants entering the USA. There is also increasing pressure from the incoming administration to deny more waiver applications.
