Is I-194 online now?

I've been waiting for my Waiver for about 9 months 94th renewal). I assumed it would arrive in the mail like previous times. Now I discovered I missed the emails about my status, the 30 days is up.

What next?

Replies (recent first):

They have FEW waivers in the line right now, they are slow simply through choice. You can actually tell by the application numbers that they are NOT backlogged, but instead going as slow as possible.

So I am not surprised they answered right away, they are not busy at all.

I emailed the help address at AROINQUIRYWAIVER@cbp.dhs.gov describing this situation:

Received a reply saying:

Since the user did not review this agency correspondence due to an account error or the user failed to review this decision timely, this correspondence will be mailed to the applicant via the U.S. Postal Service to the address of record August 06, 2025. This will be only mailout of this correspondence.

...and the reply came within 30 minutes. So they are really on the ball there.
