Thanks Michelle. I was able to create a profile and then stuck on the first page of the application. I emailed the support team. They said I have to take off # in the address bar in the profile that I created. Now, I have finished the last page of the application. I will ask my good friend to write a character reference letter. Have a nice day Michelle.
