Today, September 16 2025 a client got asked about the following.
1. Privacy act fingerprints (she has not had a pardon, and only 1 conviction in 2007)
2. Private information from the Government using form TBC 350-58 (first time I have seen this)
3. A record of all visits in and out of the United States (they they specified they wanted specific details form an encounter in 2008 with Homeland Security)
4. Court docs from all convictions in Canada and the US. She is now remembering, she might have a criminal record in the US (she never told me)
She has 87 days.
