Well, we will address the answer in this video. We made this particular video based on the amount of calls that we have received on this topic. Apparently the Ontario discount waiver companies are now telling people that they need waivers for a simple denied entry issue.

An example is that we have received numerous calls from people that say that these companies are trying to sell them waivers for things such as CBP turning people around that received a simple denied entry issue based on lack of ties to Canada. It can get frustrating explaining to people that this is a scam perpetuated by these companies to make money.

Some have lost money over this and some have not. Hence it is easier to just put out this public service announcement. This is why we keep warning you guys about what a lot of these $595 Ontario Batman pardon and waiver type companies are doing to people. It does seem like the message is starting to get out to people though.

Specifically, the companies are telling them that a waiver will "guarantee" their entry into the USA and this is complete lie. This is not the case since some denied entry issues do not even require a US Entry Waiver. Hence we have been getting a lot of positive feed back on this and other info that we put out. Guys beware that you do not need a waiver for every offence and some can get cleared for life. It does seem that people here prefer to call us as opposed to asking their questions on this platform.

We will repost our other videos on showing people how they can do their own pardons and save money. This is easier since there are not as many laws surrounding pardons aka Record Suspensions as opposed to complex US Entry Waiver cases. So feel free to keep the calls coming since we honesty are way too busy with cases to spend a lot of time on here. I usually set aside a few hours to take these calls. The best time is between 10am-12 noon BC time since I do not get up for work until 10am.

We charge nothing for this service and I often chat on the phone with people here for the entire 2 hr window. We are not interested in collecting a fee from you guys for this service.
