Hi there,
I'm currently going through a background check for an employer (sub contracts to US companies) which is something I've never needed to do before. I have a pardon in Canada, but having to disclose my record to the CBP/ARO as part of the waiver process, will my record still likely show up when they query various government agencies down there or is that protected? To be clear, I'm not working in the US, just this particular contract require background checks and says it will search a database of 4000 government and regulatory agencies (sanctions and such).
Thanks in Advance.
