Hi,
Is anyone else having technical issues logging into E-safe? I am wondering if the problems are occurring for me, because I use it so much.
Got message from ARO that "Status Changed" Cannot access "Decision Letter" on E-Safe website. I have logged in hundreds of times. The application was submitted Sept 3 so no migration issues...Any Ideas?
E-Safe email will not respond and ARO is done with the file..so no assistance there? Please advise if you have any advise. Thanks

@John, I am sorry to say, but I am relieved to hear..my apologizes, but I have been so frustrated with this, I cannot file new waivers, I have 3 left to merge, but keep getting kicked out of program, and I cannot print 2 waivers. I really wonder how people who are doing this on their own are handling these problems. Yesterday, it took 2 hours to re-set a password and never really did figure out what the problem was.
