DO NOT WAIT UNTIL CLOSE TO 45 DAYS TO GO TO THE BORDER

J Rogersposted 2 weeks ago

I have had 3 clients, who have all gone in the late 30's and one at 41 days. ALL had problems.

1 was Detroit and miraculously, fixed itself.
2 were at Rainbow Bridge, one last week, and one today.

The one today went Wednesday (his 45 days is Sunday) and as of today, still nothing.

He went back. Unlike last week, where they were able to fix it (despite pretending on the phone it was fine) this time, they could not figure it out. He is on his way home, he does have a paper that says he went today again.

I am going to make it a POLICY that everyone go within 3 weeks after 1 pay. 21 days should give enough time and if it does go wrong, we have leeway.

The client today said that the supervisor seemed frustrated that every time she tried to tell me BULLSHIT, I had an answer for her, on speakerphone.

Remember. I am the one who showed them PROOF it had not been updated, and they simply wanted my client to "go away". I am hoping that on Monday it will also have magically "fixed" itself. Ill update everyone.

We have the option to pay a fee to "re-open" the file, lets hope common sense prevails.

Replies (recent first):

On day 46 (today) of this clients file, at 2:00 this morning, they finally updated the file.
