The forms have CHANGED. I will itemize all the changes once I have FINISHED the application, but it looks like they have changed some of the format, some of the questions, and it also looks like they have REMOVED some of the information needed. I will post a full list below.
@Surreygirl That was where the parents info is. I'll update anything else I notice, and I will update when I do an I-212 as well. (I just don't have any pending right now)
I was very lucky to have a staff that was willing to work over the Easter weekend to clear everything. The good news is all the clients who gave me payments for the $585 I was able to complete. I do have quite a few that clients could NOT complete for some reason or another. We are working on those now.
Ah damn, wishful thinking... I also noticed there is no Biographic Information section on the application anymore.
First waiver done after April 1st 2024.
-It is $1100.00 USD.
-You no longer need to include information on your parents
-The finished application is 9 pages not 11
-Some of the questions are worded slightly differently and the format is easier to understand.
