The client is thrilled so said I can share a bit about her story.

At my families urging, I pretended my nephew and niece were actually my children. I knew what I was doing was wrong, but foolishly thought I was doing a “good thing” for these kids, aged 11 and 12 at the time.

Note, this client went to the border Feb 7 but I do have an earlier client who was February 8. That seems to be the most recent date.

This client is a re-application.

I entered the United States in 1994 approx from Pakistan and tried to gain political asylum. I used a fake visa that I bought in Pakistan to gain entry. It was not granted and in 1995 I went to Canada and asylum was granted

Again, no record. I do a LOT of these applications, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, India, and many other countries (Russia, Albania, Somalia)

Weird application. We supplied court docs, 1 conviction only which was pardoned. They asked for MORE documents. She tried to get more, I resubmitted the same ones I sent the in the first place, she got a 5 year waiver.

I fully expected a rejection letter saying we didn't respond within 87 days.

1 year waiver

Overstayed, and working without proper authorization in the United States from 2007-2008. First waiver. Basically he worked on cruise ships, had visa to do that. Then he got the visa and went and got another job instead. Very common.

The application was created on November 14, 2022.

It was signed on January 24, 2023 and submitted to the ARO on February 2, 2023.

Completed on a June 26, 2023.

Finally into February's. Also this is a multiple waiver client, has always gotten 5 years. Very old record.

@Waitingforwaiver Why the hostility? And I also post waiver that are also rejected. It isn't to "brag", its to give up to date information....do you not find it useful?

And "live" on this forum? I actually ALWAYS wait to give people a chance to answer first, and only chime in when no one answers or the answer needs more information. I also GAIN information here.

@J Rogers did you received accepted waiver for application that was submitted beginning of February 2023 ? Or just the end of January as today ? I made mine February 2th and really anxious leaving July 1rst for a family trip !

I rarely get 2 year waivers, and rarely get denials. But a whole bunch at once. The denials were not a surprise except 1. Sexual Assault but in 1991.

2 year waiver her first waiver. NO convictions, just charges.
