These two waivers are both "late" so I guess they were considering whether to give them longer waivers, or reject them outright. The top on is a client who had a robbery in 2002 and an assault in 2018.
The Bottom had a trafficking with a 3 year sentence about 10 years ago.

Again, I will be posting some others later that show they are at the very end of February and beginning of March. These are stragglers.

BEFORE MORE WAIVERS START TRICKLING IN - WAIVER TIMELINE NOTICE.

Waiver are now taking 5 months almost to the DAY after you go to the border.

So waiver timeline is as follows

Do fingerprints first. While they are coming in, gather documents.

Fingerprints arrive 2-4 weeks maximum right now, as of July 20 2023. ("no record" and women get prints faster than men or when there is a hit)

File all documents and pay on eSAFE. Make appointment or go to the border.

Form that DATE (at the border) count on it taking 5 months. The website SAYS 6-12 months, and the border guards will give you yet another timeline.

None of these are accurate.

I get my timelines from my clients, clients here, from colleagues, and clients I met at the airport. (When they were open)

I am just putting this here so people have a REALISTIC view of when they will get a waiver. Unless something changes, anyone handing in a waiver in August 2023 will not get a reply until at least January 2024. As well, eSAFE is the FASTEST method. If someone tries to tell you that they have a "different way" or my timelines are not accurate, PLEASE CALL ME. You are not being told the truth.

@New Canadian You can download the APP for the waive to speed things up when you enter customs but other than that, just do exactly what you would do, but show the waiver as well. No other difference.
